Baba ka Dhaba

In the midst of the doom and gloom that the year 2020 brought us, Baba Ka Dhaba’s story was a glimmer of hope.

One of the most uplifting aspects of that year was his tearful appeal to the public and the overwhelming support he received. Moreover, the good times, were short-lived for the octogenarian, as things quickly fell apart.

Bhuban Badyakar, the song’s creator, has finally received his long-overdue compensation for the viral hit. Bhuban has received a whopping payment of Rs 3 lakh from Godhulibela Music. Also, it is the music studio that made the remix of the song that has taken the country by storm.

Moreover, the sum is in response to a question on the internet. It was about whether or not a poor peanut vendor from Birbhum had received any financial assistance.

Sahdev Dirdo

Sahdev Dirdo, a 10-year-old schoolboy from the Maoist-infested Sukma district of Chhattisgarh, rose to infamy after a video of him singing ‘Bachpan ka Pyaar’ went viral.

The video, which surfaced on social media two years ago, shows Dirdo in his school uniform belting out the song. The boy, presumably in a school, with a man spotted chuckling behind him. Moreover, the video inspired the ‘Bachpan ka Pyaar,’ garnering over 9 million views and 4.5 million likes.
