Radhe Shyam, the long-awaited romance drama starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, is set to hit theatres on March 11. “The captivating love story has a new release date! On March 11th, #RadheShyam will be released in theatres! As per the announcement by filmmakers on Wednesday, February 2.
Originally to debut on January 14, however, the multilingual film couldn’t release due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in the country.
Moreover, the news comes alongside a new poster for the Radha Krishna Kumar directed film. Additionally, Radhe Shyam stars Prabhas as Vikramaditya, he is a guy who falls in love with Prerana, played by Pooja Hegde, in the 1970s.
Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi, and Pramod are the producers of the film. Moreover, Radhe Shyam will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and also Malayalam, among other languages.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the film’s release shifted several times.
When the film’s release date was set for January 14, UV Creations, the production company behind it, tweeted, “We are trying hard over the past few days, but considering the number of cases of Omicron variant, it looks like we will have to wait for our labour of love to reach the big screens. Also, Love vs. Destiny is the theme of Radhe Shyam. Moreover, we’re confident that your love will help us all get through these difficult times together. Additionally, we see you soon in cinemas.”
The story is of 1970s Italy and is full of beautiful settings. “A lot of research and preparation went into making the movie. Moreover, to appear it as believable and authentic as possible,” said production designer Raveendar Reddy in an interview. Moreover, it was about the research and planning that went into the production of the pan-Indian film.

“We made sure it portrayed that particular period’s culture as precisely as possible in Radhe Shyam. Moreover, from the furniture and crockery to even the telephone and mirror,” they added.
