The major auction for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 has concluded, and all 10 squads are final. The two-day bidding session on February 12 and 13 was certainly action-packed, with numerous players going under the hammer. At the same time, numerous well-known names received no bids and went unsold.

1. Ishan Kishan
Ishan Kishan, who was the most expensive purchase at the IPL 2022 auction, says he is over the high of the big-money contract and is looking forward to making a name for himself in the ongoing T20I series against the West Indies. For a whooping amount of Rs 15 crores.
2. Avesh Khan
Lucknow Super Giants have signed Avesh Khan for INR 10 crore in the upcoming IPL 2022 auction in Bengaluru on Saturday. Last season, the pacer finished second in the Purple Cap race with 24 wickets in 16 games.

In addition, the bowler has become the most expensive uncapped choice in IPL history. Avesh’s fee has eclipsed the previous all-time high of INR 9.25 crore paid for an uncapped player, which was set in 2021 when Chennai Super Kings (CSK) selected Krishnappa Gowtham. Also, Avesh had a starting price of INR 20 lakh.
3. Shahrukh Khan
Punjab Kings have paid INR 9 crore for all-rounder Shahrukh Khan.
Shahrukh Khan is a Tamil Nadu cricketer who last season represented Punjab Kings. On Saturday, he joined Punjab Kings for INR 9 crore. Moreover, the auction’s starting price for Shahrukh was INR 40 lakh. He was eventually sold for 22.5 times his original price during a bidding war during the auction.
4. Rahul Tripathi
Rahul Tripathi, a right-handed top-order batsman with a base price of INR 40 lakh, is now with SunRisers Hyderabad for a whopping INR 8.50 crore. In the IPL, he has been a consistent performer for the Rising Pune Supergiant (RPSG), Rajasthan Royals (RR), and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
