Pakistan Vs. New Zealand: Pak Will Look For Another Win

Pakistan

After comfortably defeating India in the first match of the T20 World Cup campaign, Pakistan will face New Zealand today on 26th October. Additionally, the Pakistan Men’s Cricket team looked in fantastic form against India. They will now look to beat New Zealand at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. With another good performance they will like to announce that they are here to put some tough competition.

The Men in Green will look forward to seeing the same intent from their pacers. Additionally, the fans will expect another partnership from Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan like the one against India.

This match will be an interesting one as New Zealand called off their Pakistan tour in September at the last moment. Moreover, it cited safety and security reasons why the country decided to cancel the tour. However, the incident did not leave the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) impressed. Even the Prime Ministers of the countries remain in talks with each other.

PCB also said that the decision was unilateral. And Chairman Ramiz Raja was too disappointed with the cancellation. The tour between the two cricketing nations was of three one-day internationals and five T20 matches in the tour.

Great Battle Of Bat And Ball Between The Two Teams

The fans were disappointed with the cancellation. And hence, they would like to see their national heroes play at their level best. Additionally, even New Zealand would love to come into their best form and look to start their ICC T20 World Cup 2021 campaign on a high. It would be interesting to watch how captain Kane Williamson and other batters face the Pakistani bowlers, who were at their best against arch-rivals India.

Even Pakistan would be preparing for Trent Boult, who has been the leading bowler for the Black Caps. Additionally, spinners Ish Sodhi and Mitchell Santner would like to restrict the Pakistan batsmen from scoring huge totals.

Nonetheless, it will be an exciting battle between the ball and the bat when these two teams face each other on the pitch. T20 World Cup 2021 matches have been interesting so far, with records breaking, and one can only expect more.
