2. Don’t forget to Hydrate!
Dodd Romero, one of Jennifer’s personal trainers, told Us Weekly that Jennifer drinks a lot of water to be hydrated. Romero said, “She has at least seven glasses a day.” She began each morning with a glass of fresh lemon water, he added.
3. High on Protein!
Romero claims that Jennifer Lopez consumes a lot of protein, which includes egg whites, grass-fed beef, chicken breast, turkey, and fish. She only consumes meat 3 to 4 times per week, though.
She consumes “a handful” of nuts, which are a plant-based source of protein, in addition to other sources.
4. Say no to Sugar
Romero also revealed that kale, broccoli, and spinach are some of J. Lo’s favourite vegetables. He says that she avoids vegetables like corn and carrots since they contain more naturally occurring sugar.

Although J. Lo enjoys seafood, she does not enjoy salmon. Halibut, cod, and sea bass are among her favourite regular foods. Also, because they are high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. They are also a healthy choice.
